Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Flota OS as a rental fleet operations platform.
Agreement Scope
These Terms apply to access and use of Flota OS, a Better Network platform for rental-car operators. If a customer order form, subscription agreement, data processing agreement, or signed contract applies to your organization, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
Platform Use
- Flota OS helps rental-car teams manage branch operations, fleet records, reservations, handoffs, inspections, damage evidence, expenses, fines, pricing follow-up, and operational audit trails.
- Access is intended for authorized customer personnel and approved workspace users. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You may use the platform only for lawful business operations and in line with permissions granted by your organization.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle, customer, reservation, inspection, payment, expense, and compliance records entered into the platform.
- You must have the rights and notices required to upload or process personal data, vehicle data, documents, photos, and inspection media.
- You are responsible for reviewing operational outputs before taking repair, billing, legal, insurance, or customer-facing action.
Inspection Media and AI Assistance
- The platform may process inspection photos, notes, documents, and related reservation or vehicle context to organize evidence and support damage review.
- AI-assisted outputs are provided to help users review information faster. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require additional context.
- AI outputs are not a substitute for human inspection, repair estimates, legal advice, insurance judgment, or final operational approval.
Customer Data and Platform Rights
- Your organization retains its rights in the business data, customer records, vehicle records, documents, media, and operational content it submits to Flota OS.
- You grant Better Network the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and operate that content for the platform and related services.
- Better Network retains all rights in Flota OS, including software, workflows, design, infrastructure, documentation, and platform improvements.
Third-Party Services
Flota OS may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, databases, AI processing, communications, support, analytics, or payment and billing workflows. Your use of connected third-party services may also be subject to their own terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or attack the service, introduce malware, scrape the platform, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorized to process.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or copy the platform except as permitted by a written agreement.
Service Changes and Availability
Better Network may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as needed to operate the service, meet security requirements, or support product development. The platform is provided for business operations and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, or third-party service issues.
Confidentiality
Non-public business, product, technical, operational, and customer information exchanged through the platform should be treated as confidential unless it is already public or your organization has authorized disclosure.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flota OS is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Better Network is not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate source data, unreviewed AI-assisted outputs, third-party service failures, or use outside the platform's intended business purpose. Any liability limits in a signed agreement or order form apply.
